  I was traveling to see my parents from South Carolina and my verizon hotspot had no coverage at their house and their windstream internet at home was not working. Called the ATT store in Morehead and they were out of hotspots and the manager there tried a couple of ideas and finally called another store that was actually closer to me. Got to that store and everything was waiting on me. 15 minutes in and out. The Morehead store did a great job of helping me. They could have just said call the other store. Greatly appreciate it.
